I currently lead a team of 6 product designers, focused on empowering Klaviyo users to orchestrate communications with their customers via outbound and conversational messaging. My team designs for some of the most highly-visible areas of the Klaviyo platform — supporting campaigns, flows and reviews.

Lead Designer/Director, Personal Investing
Led a distributed product design team on John Hancock’s digital and direct-to-consumer team. Responsible for implementing a practice of design thinking, and providing direction for the creation of delightful digital products that improve the lives of our customers.
Lead Designer, COIN
Owned every aspect of design related to the COIN product – including brand identity, UX, visual design, and user research. Acting as both a contributor and thought partner on both design and product strategy. Responsible for championing a culture of human-centered design and creating a delightful and intuitive product which allows its users to invest according to their values.
2017 - 2018
Product Designer
Worked within Aquent’s internal product development team to create and enhance client-facing platform. In this role I lead the re-design of the company's client-facing platform, as well as an overhaul of the internal invoicing system.
2013 - 2017
Interaction Designer
Designed interactive banners and custom landing pages to appear on the TripAdvisor site and mobile app. Working closely with the Advertising Solutions team to pitch and implement designs for external clients on TripAdvisor's platform.
